West Palm Beach, United States: Six of Greg Norman Golf Course Design’s (GNGCD) international projects have been named to Golf Digest’s biennial ‘World’s 100 Greatest’ rankings.

Included in the 2018-2019 rankings are number 18 New South Wales Golf Club (Australia), 31st Ellerston (Australia), 35th The Bluffs Ho Tram Strip (Vietnam), 82nd Jumeirah Golf Estates Earth Course (UAE), 94th Danang Golf Club (Vietnam) and 98th The National Moonah Course (Australia).

The Bluffs Ho Tram jumped 39 spots from the previous list.

Golf Digest is synonymous with rankings so to be distinguished at this level with such a high representation of designs is a privilege,” said Greg Norman, President of GNGCD, a Full Business Member of the Asian Golf Industry Federation.

“We are always overwhelmed to be listed alongside the world-famous courses designed by greats like Alister MacKenzie and are grateful to Golf Digest for the recognition.”

An additional 12 Greg Norman designs were also included in the magazine’s ‘Best in 206 Countries’ list including Cuisinart (Anguilla), Sandals Emerald Bay (Bahamas), El Camaleon (Mexico), El Desafio (Argentina), Real Club de Golf El Prat (Spain), Al Mouj Golf (Oman) and Jaypee Greens (India).

Since its inception in 1987, Greg Norman Golf Course Design has been one of Norman’s true passions in both business and life. His experience playing many of the world’s great golf courses over a 25-year career served as a catalyst to develop this interest and turn it into a thriving company.

Today, GNGCD courses span the globe, covering six continents and 34 countries.

The firm has several new international designs slated for grand openings in 2018, including KN Cam Ranh Links (Vietnam), Ayla Oasis (Jordan) and Rancho San Lucas (Mexico).
